Contract terms

All dogs must be vaccinated for Kennel cough and be up to date with their vaccines before the first walk. Please provide evidence of this.

I reserve the right to have weekend staff to cover daycare and walks each weekend. I will work on arrangement.

The following also applies to my staff;

I do not take responsibility for training your dog/pet. I am just a dog walker. I am willing to reinforce training under your guidance.

I do not take responsibility for injuries to dogs not covered under my insurance policy and that is not a result of me being at direct fault.

I do not take responsibility for injuries/health issues caused to dogs that relate to agreed walk times, I.e the middle of the day during hot weather. I will however offer advise about avoiding walking your dog during these times through my Whatsapp broadcast, social media page and/or verbally.

I do not take responsibility for behavioral issues resulting from dogs who are left in my care during firework season. You leave your dog with me during those times under your own duress. I will however do what I can to keep your dog from becoming frightened by using plug in wall remedies for nervous dogs and herbal aids unless asked directly not to do so.

I will reserve the right to charge £10.00 for every day that a payment is late. Invoices are sent on the weekend of the week the walk(s) took place. There is a week grace period then after 7 days from the invoice being sent I will declare that invoice overdue.

I am not responsible for the cost of damage made by your dog. I do not take on dogs who chew as my and my staffs homes are set up to be as close to your family home as possible, this means we are able to provide a home away from home. We are NOT a kennel, therefore we reserve the right to arrange pick up is your dog displays aggressive/destructive/excessive barking behavior.
