Please be aware I am as flexible as I possibly can be. Therefore I ask any cancellations to be made 24 hours before a scheduled walk. This is so I can be fair to other clients and so they don't miss out on walks. If I am not notified I will invoice to cover the spot missed.
I require a weeks notice of cancellation from the first day of initial booking. This is again, just to ensure I am able to be as fair as possible to my other clients.
